I've had the good fortune of dealing with Kerry and the staff at Fish Haven for the past 4 years. During that time I've had many many problems with my fishpond and have found Kerry to be so helpful and her knowledge is second to none. The last week has proven to be a testing time with the health of my fish, once again, but at no time during my many visits was I made to feel a burden or a failure. Kerry showed empathy, understanding and support. She's not just a business owner, she loves what she does and it shows. I'd recommend Fish Haven to anyone.

Really terrible experience with this store. I placed an order online on Saturday morning for my sons birthday on Monday. Had a really busy morning so I sent an Uber to pick up. He gets there vans there was no order! I got on the phone with a lady with most lackadaisical attitude ever. She asked for the receipt, I forwarded that to an email she provided. She didn’t check the email instead claimed to be on the same phone with her manager. Uber driver left ( of course I still paid). No one called me back until I called again and upon my insistence she reluctantly checks the mail again, finally miraculously saw the receipt and says ok now we can either put it together or we issue you a refund. All of this said in a very “take it or leave it, I have no time for you tone” she had zero empathy to the fact I could no longer meet up lunch time at my sons school. Nothing! She simply offered a refund and said there are just two of us here. You might have the best pastries but with zero customer service , it’s a NO. Update: Drove down here at 12:20 and the employee said to me if “I only work here, if the owner didn’t drop a copy of your order then I am not going to go out of my way to find it” At this point, I realized there was nothing more to be said to an individual with this mindset!

My experience in few words:” i paid for a brand new bedroom, i received a “like used” one. Every single item was deficient. The bed frame was broken and screws wouldn’t go in. I returned the bed, but the customer service kept saying that they will send me skilled technician to fix it all the other items. Really!! It doesn t matter how skilled the technician is, i didn t pay 1700$ for a bedroom that needs to be fixed!! What a terrible experience! I coule have bought the bedroom from a pawn shop and get a technician to fix it. It would have been cheaper, and at least i know that it has been use!

Acabamos de aislar un tejado de un adosado de unos 115m2 y han superado con creces las expectativas. Muy profesionales, educados, trabajadores y limpios. Trabajan como máquinas sábiendo lo que hacen. Han acabado en 4 días. Han sido muy generosos también con detalles. Muy profesionales. El resultado a la vista nos ha encantado. Ahora será cuestión de tiempo y lluvia comprobar, pero hemos acabado muy contentos. Totalmente recomendables.

As for him I've been dealing with him for years now. Have always been satisfied with his service. Which is why I'd made referrals to him. Je me permet de raconter mon histoire avec ce centre mon ami et moi ont a fait une séance de hammam on a payer avec le système de réseau le lendemain je passe devant le spa on me mettant mal à l'aise de ne pas avoir reçu le règlement tandis que la gérante qui manque de respect ainsi de professionnalisme qui n'a aucune notion de gérer des situations pareil manque de respect ainsi de politesse Du coup il ont reçu 2 fois le règlement j'attends qu'on revienne vers moi pour des explications

Um refúgio em meio a selva de pedra de Belo Horizonte. Que delícia de parque! Está super bem cuidado e com vigilância. Lugar excelente para passear com as crianças ou com a turma. Bom para fazer atividades físicas, piquenique e ensaios fotográficos. Os brinquedos tem um bom preço e são divertidos. Tem o trenzinho que dá uma volta no parque. Banheiros bem cuidados. Lanches de qualidade e com preço bom. Recomendo aos domingos, principalmente de manhã, mas chegue cedo hein!

Un mercredi midi fin juillet, premiers clients arrivés et le service a été déplorable alors que 15j plus tôt nous félicitions le chef... incompréhensible. Les plats sont arrivés avant l’apéro, le plat des enfants est arrivés 15mn après que nous ayons fini et on se fait enguirlander par le patron sans même avoir le temps de lui répondre. Bon resto mais selon les jours et l’humeur du patron ça peut tout changer...

I asked for a classic, traditional british beer. I wanted some for my dad who loves beer but never been in the UK. I asked for help, as I was in the hurry. When I came home and read the labels, I found out that each beer I bought have citrus notes, orange or papaya - veeery far from traditional beers. I have never been that disappointed buying alcohol. My dad hates any flavourly beers, he likes only the traditional ones so all of it is going to waste. Good wine though.

I just had my son’s teeth removed and I must say Dr. Michael Porco is the best! My son said he doesn’t feel so much pain.He got my son’s teeth removed so smoothly and fast. Dr. Porco and his team have the best equipment when it comes to getting a dental procedure. Plus, I love the ambiance of the dental clinic its so clean and the staff were friendly. We’ll definitely be back.I have my friends as their patients there and will definitely continue to recommend this clinic to my friends for sure.

Seit Jahren ist Lucas der Friseur meines Vertrauens. Jedesmal bin ich hundertprozentig mit meinen blonden Strähnen zufrieden. Dabei schafft er es, mir einen schönen natürlichen blonden Ton ( ohne diesen grässlichen Gelbstich) in meine Haare zu zaubern. Dazu ist noch zu erwähnen, dass meine Haare trotz dieser Aufhellung nie an Struktur verloren haben. Kaputtes, gelbes und strohblondes Haar gehören der Vergangenheit an.... Im übrigen ist das Team sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich zu jederzeit wohl!!! Das finde ich persönlich sehr wichtig, da man meist als Frau doch etwas länger beim Friseur sitzt:-) Ich freue mich auf meinen nächsten Besuch... Beste Grüße, D.S.

I've never been here before, but I came in with a $10 gift card. When I ordered the pastrami on rye, I was expecting the kind of sandwich you see featured in those New York delis on TV; a mountain of thinly sliced meat bursting at the edge. What I got was a heroin-chic sandwich with one layer of pastrami on un-toasted bread. The only flavors I experienced was the mustard, mayo, lettuce and tomato - a salad by any definition. The drink fountain needed to be checked because it wasn't dispensing the correct amount of flavored syrups in ratio to the carbonated water. Will I return? Probably, but with a gift card worth $20.

I love Whole Foods, but today I had the worst experience. Management, please pay attention to your security personnel. I always use this location for my Amazon drop off returns. I drive scooter and I know I can’t go inside of the Whole Foods with a scooter. I never do when I shop. Whenever I go to Amazon, security allows me to be with a scooter, because I go straight to Amazon, without entering food market. Today, 11/03 at 3:50 the security guard stoped me and in very rude form started to give me order to go away or fold the scooter (which is really heavy to carry for a woman). He didn’t give me a chance to speak, he was just yelling at me in THE RUDEST WAY. I was so upset, I really wanted to cry after this emotional abuse. I’ll file complaint to Amazon as well so they know who they cooperate with. Awful experience. I don’t have any desire to come and shop there anymore. Not this location.

I have had various jobs completed on both my house and my parents, ranging from light/fan installation to electrical reports. Chris has always been reliable and very informative about the work that is to be carried out. He is always efficient and tidy with any work that has been carried out and what I appreciate most is the after service care. I can contact Chris with regards to any questions I have before, during or after any work is carried out and he is available and happy to answer/help.

DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH OF THIS COMPANY!!! We hired a brand new car, checked it round and it was fine. We drove responsibly and safely and returned the car in good time, singed the papers and posted them through the letter box. It was a great experience up until then. Next thing we are being charged €225 for a brand new set of tires. This is outrageous because the car was brand new and we sensibly drove to the coast and back. Despite one of us being fluent in German, we dealt with the company in English, so I think they just decided to treat us as tourists and fleece us. Luckily we had insurance so it was covered eventually, but as we had no evidence that the tyres were *not* damaged after having returned the car, we didn’t have a leg to stand on. My advice? AVOID AVOID AVOID and if you must use them take copious amounts of photos of the vehicle before and after the trip. If we had known they were going to treat us so badly this is what we would’ve have done, but the man who served us was so polite... I don’t normally write reviews for bad service, but I feel very strongly about the unfair treatment we received.

I am beyond happy with the cabinets Vibrant colors painting had done for my parent’s old kitchen. It looks fantastic and we didn’t have to spend too much money on redoing the whole kitchen. The paint job was such an easy and affordable upgrade within our budget . We are very pleased with the work and how professional the team is. Owner is very fast in responding to our questions and made the whole experience 10/10. We recommend this company in a heart beat. We will definitely be in contact with this company again for future renovation!
